These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationships between MYGREENCODE and its clients in the context of SaaS service sales.
They apply to all service sales contracts offered by MYGREENCODE, particularly ParseMyFile service subscriptions.
Acceptance of these terms is mandatory for any order. They take precedence over any other conditions appearing in client documents.

These Terms of Sale aim to define the conditions under which MYGREENCODE offers and sells its SaaS services, particularly the ParseMyFile service.
These conditions apply to all clients, whether individuals or legal entities, consumers or professionals.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms of sale.
MYGREENCODE offers different subscription plans for the ParseMyFile service: free, starter, professional, and business plans.
Each plan includes a defined number of API requests per month, a maximum file size, and specific features.
Detailed characteristics of each plan are available on the website and may be modified with 30 days' notice.
The ParseMyFile service consists of an API enabling automated document processing to extract structured data.
The API accepts different file formats (PDF, images, Word, Excel, text) according to the subscribed plan.
The service is provided 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance operations.
Any service order must be placed via the ParseMyFile website or by direct contact with MYGREENCODE.
The order is confirmed by sending a confirmation email containing the details of the subscribed service.
MYGREENCODE reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
In case of refusal, no fees will be charged to the client.
Service prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included).
Prices may be modified at any time with 30 days' notice sent by email to clients.
Applicable prices are those in effect on the day of the order.
Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe system.
For monthly subscriptions, payment is automatically debited each month on the subscription anniversary date.
In case of payment default, access to the service may be suspended after formal notice remains without effect for 8 days.
Subscriptions and payment management are entirely handled by Stripe, our secure payment provider.
Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and compliant with international payment security standards.

Service access is provided immediately after payment confirmation and user account creation.
In case of delay in service provision, the client may request order cancellation and refund of paid amounts.
MYGREENCODE undertakes to provide the service with diligence and according to professional quality standards.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
For services not yet executed, the client has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
The right of withdrawal is exercised either by email at contact@mygreencode.fr specifying the order references or via the dashboard through subscription management which redirects to the Stripe application.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, MYGREENCODE will refund all amounts received within 30 days.
MYGREENCODE guarantees that the ParseMyFile service functions in accordance with its description and communicated technical specifications.
The warranty covers service conformity defects throughout the subscription duration.
In case of non-conformity, MYGREENCODE undertakes to correct the defect as soon as possible or to propose an alternative solution.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from non-compliant use of the service or unauthorized modification.
The client undertakes to use the service in accordance with its purpose and these general terms.
They are solely responsible for the content of processed documents and guarantee having all necessary rights.
The client undertakes not to use the service for illegal purposes or contrary to good morals.
MYGREENCODE undertakes to provide the service with diligence and according to the rules of the art.
Its responsibility is limited to the amount of sums actually paid by the client over the last 12 months.
MYGREENCODE cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or loss of profits.
Stripe Inc. manages all payments and subscriptions on behalf of MYGREENCODE.
Stripe is an American company certified PCI DSS Level 1, guaranteeing maximum security of payment data.
Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
In case of disputes concerning payments, you can contact Stripe directly or write to us at contact@mygreencode.fr.
These providers are required to respect the same data protection standards as MYGREENCODE.
The parties cannot be held responsible if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of the obligations described in these general terms of sale is due to a case of force majeure.
In this regard, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code.
The party invoking force majeure must inform the other party as soon as possible of the impossibility of performing its service.
The client may terminate their subscription at any time from their dashboard or by contacting MYGREENCODE.
MYGREENCODE may terminate the subscription in case of non-payment, fraudulent use, or violation of these terms.
Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period, without refund of already paid amounts.
In case of termination, client data will be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
These general terms of sale are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
For consumers, the competent court is that of MYGREENCODE's registered office.
