Service : ParseMyFile, artificial intelligence document processing platform
Dashboard : Web interface for managing API keys and subscription consumption
API : Programming interface enabling automated document processing
User : Any natural or legal person using the service
Account : Personal space created by the user to access the service
Access to the service requires creating a user account with a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these terms.
The dashboard allows you to manage your API keys, monitor your consumption and manage your subscription.
You can create, revoke and delete API keys according to your subscription plan limits.
Consumption statistics are updated in real time and allow you to track your usage.
Our API enables automated processing of documents (PDF, images, text, etc.) to extract structured data.
API usage is subject to your subscription plan limits (number of requests, file sizes).
Processing times may vary depending on document complexity and system load.
Payments and subscription management are entirely handled by Stripe, our secure payment provider.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled.
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
In case of payment default, your access to the service may be suspended.
No refunds are granted for subscription periods already started, except as required by law.
You are solely responsible for the content of documents you transmit to our API.
You guarantee having all necessary rights to process the submitted documents.
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or contrary to good morals.
You must respect the usage limits of your subscription plan.
We are not responsible for the content of data transmitted to our API.
Data returned by our API may contain errors and must be verified by you.
We do not guarantee continuous service availability and are not responsible for interruptions.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last 12 months.
No data concerning the content of processed documents is stored on our servers.
Documents are processed in real time and deleted immediately after processing.
We do not keep any copies of files or extracted data.
We only keep functional logs necessary for the proper functioning of the service:

The ParseMyFile service, its source code, algorithms and documentation are the exclusive property of MYGREENCODE.
You retain all rights to the documents you process and the extracted data.
It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit all or part of the service without written authorization.
You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us or from your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms.
In case of termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Clauses relating to responsibilities and intellectual property survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Important modifications will be notified to you by email or via the dashboard. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
